To make your visit more comfortable, a wheelchair is available for customer use from the centre management office. No booking is required. Simply visit the office with valid identification, which will be held while the wheelchair is in use and returned when it is brought back. The centre management office is attended Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Our dedicated Parent’s Room is available for nursing mothers and parents with young children. It includes change tables, feeding chairs, a microwave, and sink facilities.
Designated pram parking spaces are located near all major entrances for the convenience of parents with prams and strollers.
Disabled parking bays are available throughout the car park. A valid disability permit must be displayed. Please speak with our concierge if you need assistance.
Any items handed into centre management are securely stored for a limited period. To enquire about lost property, please visit the centre management office or contact our team on (03) 5335 1100. The centre management office is attended Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
